Attorney Hoeft is admitted as an Attorney at Law in all Courts of the State of Wisconsin. He is also admitted to practice as an Attorney in the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Wisconsin.  Attorney Hoeft handles appellate matters and has argued cases before the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.  Attorney Hoeft serves as a Supplemental Court Commissioner appointed by the Honorable Steven M. Cain of the Ozaukee County Circuit Court.


Attorney Hoeft obtained his law degree from Marquette University Law School with honors (1997 J.D., cum laude). He was a member of the Marquette Law School Moot Court Board.  His undergraduate degree is from the University of Wisconsin – Madison (B.A.).

Attorney Hoeft is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and Ozaukee County Bar Association. He previously served as President of the Ozaukee County Bar Association.

Practice Areas

Attorney Hoeft is the President of Antoine, Hoeft & Eberhardt, S.C., in Port Washington, Ozaukee County, WI.  Mr. Hoeft has been with the firm since he started as a law clerk during law school back in 1995.  His practice includes advising and representing individuals, businesses and municipalities in various legal matters and litigation. Attorney Hoeft proudly serves as the Town Attorney for the Town of Cedarburg, Village Attorney for the Village of Saukville, Village Attorney for the Village of Belgium, and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Port Washington.

Community Involvement

Attorney Hoeft has served and proudly serves on many volunteer boards including, the Board of Directors of Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, Inc., (2010-2022)  Past-President (2013 & 2014), President (2011 & 2012), and Treasurer (2010); the Board of Directors for the Community Education Foundation of Port Washington Saukville, Inc.; and a Past-President and Board of Directors for the Port Washington / Saukville Rotary Club.

Attorney Hoeft was born and raised in the City of Port Washington and is a life-long resident of Ozaukee County. He is married with three children. Away from the office, he is an avid sports fan and traveler for his kids’ baseball, softball, and volleyball competitions.  He is a retired youth baseball and basketball coach and former scouts leader.  During his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hunting and going on nature walks with his wife.
